Is this paint safe (non toxic) to repaint a baby crib?

I don't really know, but since this paint is metallic, I would not use it on a baby crib.

Is it washable? If u use it on furniture what do u clean it with ?

I feel pretty certain it is. I'm using it to do fine art on canvas and this gets coats of either varnish or acrylic polymer and I haven't experienced any smudging or fading.

Can this paint be thinned with water? If not, what could be used?

Yes this paint can be but it will take some of the luster away from it and it is very nice paint you don't want to thin it down if you do not have to I recommend the extender this thins the paint and keeps the shine and luster of this beautiful paint
