Q: Are these street legal and will they have the 2 year expiration date?

I dont believe any 5 point racing harness is DOT approved. The 2 year expiration only applies in racing applications where you would have to pass a safety inspection. Manufacture date is on each piece. For recreational use, replace when they are damaged or visibly worn out.
