Unit is unblemished and appears to be new. Batteries were included in package. Unit included charging base. Unit registered immediately with base unit. Instructions for registering were included which worked well.

With tax I paid $31.89 for this additional handset. The website said that the battery would be at 80%. I plugged in the charger and placed the handset on it for over twelve hours. The battery gauge on the phone never went past 25% charge. I paired the phone according to the included instructions. The handset appeared to show that it was linked with the base. The handset would not ring when the other handsets in my home rang. I had to link this twice because the handset lost its link to the base twice. I had to get permission from the seller to return this non functioning phone. I was refunded $15.89 of the $31.89 of the purchase price. I was charged a restocking fee of $15.90 for a non functioning phone. Beware! This non functioning handset was restocked, and if not I was fraudulently charged a restocking fee. I will never purchase anything from this seller again and I would advise anyone considering buying from this seller to beware.

Received early, easy to register and works great

Phone announces incoming phone number and name of caller, but it sounds so bad you can't understand what it is saying! I have to go to phone and physically look at caller information each and every time! It's a nice idea, to bad it doesn't work!
