The media could not be loaded. So far I love the ease in using it! Fair warning the instructions are no help! I finally found an online video on how to assemble it. The box was very damaged in shipping but the product only had a few dings and scratches. Thankfully they're on the underside and foot pads so I'm not seeing them everytime inuse it

I like this abdominal workout machine. It really helps with my abdominal fat. You can do various exercises depending on where you want to burn fat at. It is not really heavy and easy to install this machine. It doesn’t require a lot of space and you can fold it up when you don’t need to use. I would recommend this if you want to burn fats from your upper body, your legs, or full body.

Took me around 15 minutes to assemble. Quite satisfied with this! It doesn’t take up much space at all and you can still fold it have it take up less space. Also it’s very light, lighter than I expected it to be so it’s also easy to move around. But of course it’s stable during exercising, overall very happy with what I got!

Recently bought a new house and am slowly adding to my gym collection this was a great deal since it’s different than most gym equipments and spices up my gym, price is pretty nice and easy to assemble.

Gliders aren't very smooth which can be a good thing for a more rigorous workout but the noise that comes along with it was just too much. Returned for similar alternative with different glider design.

Easy to assemble but if you are big & tall you will quickly see that this bench looks like it was made for kids. The bench base feels like cheap particle board. It's mostly cheap padding. Want to hear it crack simply get on it. I was very disappointed that they falsely advertised that it will hold 500lbs. This toy won't even hold 260lbs. I think the max it can hold is 200lbs but not for long use. Save yourself from injuries and buy yourself a used Total Gym. I will be looking for a sturdy sit up bench instead. My flat bench in the picture is nice and sturdy.

I've enjoyed adding this bench to my daily workout. It really does work those abs.One thing, and I can't quite put my finger on it, it seems a little crooked, a little cattawhumpus, as it it's not quite straight up and down. It doesn't effect the use of the bench, it just looks a little odd. The bench is rather light weight in construction and tends to slide around a lot when in use. Putting it on a rubberized floor mat should correct that tendency.
