Q: Small same as 5t? Daughter is on the verge to going to 5t so not sure which size I'm suppose to get with options listed.?

My daughter is 5 and I always go one size up and fits perfectly. She is about 21kg.

Q: What are the difference in sizes, for example among these three sizes: a 10, a 12 and a "Large/10/12"?

It's my understanding that it just depends on what the company labels them as. But I'd think that 10/12 is sort of an intermediate size... My daughter wears 4T mostly but is growing into 5T and so far the small 4/5 fits well
