Unreliable products
I bought this product needing it for teleworking and going to school online. The first one I received lasted for a few months before it stopped working. I received a replacement and it now has the same issue where it will not turn on nor be recognized by any of the USB ports even when swapping out the computers and cords.I do not recommend this product if you expect it to last longer than 6-12 months

Easy to use & captures a large area
This handy camera works great for virtual board meetings or other meetings with numerous attendees. The clarity is a little grainy, but overall a great product for the price point!

Decent picture and microphone. Very tinny speakers for sound.
Super easy to install and use. Unfortunately, the sound for the speakers was very poor. Very tinny and poor quality. Camera quality and microphone was decent. I would not purchase again.

Microphone Doesn'w Work but was fizxed
Never buy from this company, they don't support their products. Mic doesn't work and they will not replace.Update: Company sent me a new product and it worked great

Glitchy, but company resolved issue
I had an issue with this camera and after speaking with the vendor they were able to resolve the issue. Great customer service!
