Really Good Small Hot Tub
We bought this at a very good price and wasn't really sure what to expect, but so far it's well and truly exceeded my expectations. I've been to many spas and hired hot tubs before so I thought an honest review of what it is and isn't might be helpfulStarting with the basicsIt is a couples hot tub, it might say fits 2 to 4 but it will fit 2 comfortably, 3 reasonably and 4 will be a bit snug. If you are regularly entertaining and want 4 or more in there this isn't the hot tub for you. If you're a couple it's perfect, if you sometimes have a friend round again great. The air jets are good, from reading online this model has recently been upgraded to have 120. I have hired bigger lazy-spa models and this one competes on the air jet front. It's an air filled hot tub, not a rigid hot tub, but saying that it's pretty rigid! I can lay against it and there's no movement, even leaning over the edge to drink my drink it's solid.Temperature - This really is one of its strong points. Because it's quite a compact hot tub it doesn't lose a lot of heat. I went through a full cycle today when it was 15 degrees outside. The tub started at 40 degrees when I got in, quickly dropped to 39, then stayed at 39 until about a minute before the full cycle ended when it dropped to 38. An hour later it was back at 40 degrees. Larger tubs with a greater surface area of water seem to drop quicker and take longer to reheat. It's super easy to set up. The filter unit is also a pump so pumps it up for you in under 5 minutes. Same for the lid. It also comes with 2 filters. It took about an hour and a half to fill from our garden tap via a hose. You will need to buy a mat or protector to go on the ground to keep it safe from damage, we bought the Lazy-spa one, you could just buy a gym mat. And a chemical pack for it.But overall, as a regular spa and hot tub user I'm very impressed with this new model.

Love it
Bought this to replace our old hottub which had a leak. Very happy with this one, keeps the temperature well, especially if putting an insulation Matt under it. Easy to set up and operate.

Very cost effective deal for two people.
The media could not be loaded. This is a great budget hottub. I mean REALLY it is worth the spend. Both our neighbours have one and recommended it to us and I'm not normally one for following what the neighbours do. My wife and I love it and it's amply big for two adults. We've spent hours in ours and have used it most days since we had it ( about a month ago). Takes about 800 litres of water. This will weigh over a tonne with people in so if it's going onto decking, make sure your deck can take the weight. Ours sits on a patio. You need to ensure you keep the hottub chemically balanced to avoid algae growth. This includes adjusting free chlorine, ph and full instructions of how to do this are included in the instructions. Their is also a filter that you should change after the 1st 24 hours and then frequently ( at least weekly if you use your tub a lot) after that. These are not expensive.During setup, the pump unit will inflate the hot tub (and the detachable top that clips on securely when the tub is not in use) in a matter of minutes. Attaching the pump unit to the pool is very easy and can be done by one person. The pump unit has simple controls to adjust temperature (heating 800 litres by 1 degree will take time) but on cooler days, even with the heather on, you will lose heat faster than you can heat it. I pull the cover up like a blanket ( it floats) to help keep the heat in if it's cold. Max temp is 40 degrees. I find this too warm, though. There is a timer functio so you can set rlthe pump/filter/heater to run for a set time. The jacuzzi function is 1 touch and there is a lock feature to prevent accidental operation that is enabled/disabled by a long press of the lock/unlock key.The pool is wuite sturdy and looks decent enough but you should not sit or put too much weight on the edges. The pump is not too noisy and has a fairly long power cable with a built in RCD. The dark and light-grey of the pool and the pump should fit in with any gardenSetup: pool/ pump etc (45 mins)Filling : 2.5 hours (depends on your water pressure)Initial chemical dose and heating up : Allow at least 12 hours. You will need to regularly check free chlorine, PH and alkalinity and dose with chemicals (not supplied) regularly. You will need to change the water after frequent use. You can extend this by always showering prior to use and making sure the surrounding ground is clean. Do not use the pool if you have moisteriser or other skin lotions as an oily film will form and you will get a foam when you use the jacuzzi function.I recommend buying some foam to go under the pool to make it more comfy and help insulate it. I got some interlocking foam tiles.Emptying through the drain plug takes an age so I will be investing in a pump for this purpose.Always replace the cover when not in use as the pool is quite deep enough for pets or unsupervised children to drown in and always test the water with the supplied testing strips before use. Scoop out leaf matter and the inevitable drowning insects. If the water looks murkey try cleaning chemicals but if you can't get it to look nice and clear, drain clean and refill.Hope this review helps you. There are some yt videos showing how to etc that I watched that helped me if you need them.

Was good for a couple of months
It did the job for 2 people but after 3 months it's got an error code that won't be fixed saying E08 which is some kind of a power surge. I've tried to reset it but it just won't give!! Looks like I'm sending it back!Be warned though..,. Your electric bill will be extortionate!UPDATE!!!!?? It's me that's the numpty.... There's a tiny little button on the box that says 'reset' 🤦

Poor set up instructions, otherwise excellent spa
Had I not been determined to get the thing up during my lunch break I would not have. The instructions were so unclear and once I’d made some sense of them I realised they weren’t even accurate for the model. If there had been proper instructions, the set up is SO EASY, so that’s a shame. Once finally set up, it’s been amazing, gets really hot, comes with the inflatable insulating cover when definitely helps. Base is well cushioned, I’d say it would comfortably seat 2 although I’m sure you could squeeze another 2 in.

Very impressed
Arrived on time. Easy to set up. Instructions just pictures but a utube video helped. Really impressed with how quickly it heats. In fairness hot in UK but seems to hold it temp overnight so well insulted. This time of year I run at 29c and the heater hardly seems to be on to remain. If I want warmer it takes an hour or so. Also like the enclosed chemical tablet on the flow which is adjustable and makes for good parameters.

Best purchase ever
The media could not be loaded. My best investment. Not too difficult to assemble. Water warms up until 40°. Bubbles work perfectly. Very comfortable and we've been 3 adults inside. Of course you can't stretch your legs but we were comfortable sitting. If you are thinking of getting one join the Facebook group lay z spa owners were we help each others!
