It's only compatible with xbox one and ps4 , ps5 is a lot more advanced so you'll need to search for ps5 specific keyboards

Does the mouse have 2 buttons on the left hand side like a normal gaming mouse

The new V2 model have those two buttons.

Do you need to have to usb ports free ? I want to use the keyboard and mouse on my xbox one x .

My son uses on his xbox one x. You need to use the USB ports though but I'm sure you can buy an adapter for a few pound which will give extra ports for you to use.
