Great value and size
So glad we chose the square modelLovely and spacious for 2 people and not too intimate with four. Good strong bubblesWould recommend placing it on an insulated board and a mat to preserve some heat. Pump is a soft drone so not too annoying unless right outside bedroom window!!It comes up to temperature quite quickly and holds its temperature when left on37 38 39 is just lovelythe base is squishy and quite comfy. We have it on all the time and were in it on Xmas day!Once inflated, surround is very sturdy and good to climb over. The lid might need pumping up occasionally but easy to do.The Clips need to be done up tightly to avoid water pooling on the lid. This will happen if it's not on a completely flat surfaceAll in all , very pleased, great Value for money and it has changed our leisure time for the better. Now we go in every evening instead of watching trashy TV, a perfect wind down before bed.

Superb lay a spa
Great product at a fantastic price, easy to set up and inflate, couldn’t believe how solid and sturdy it was and the jets work so much better than I would have ever thought! Loving the square shape, feels somehow more roomy than a round one. So happy we purchased this, a great and much used accessory to our patio furniture!

A lovely little bit of indulgence!
The media could not be loaded. We decided to buy an inflatable, plug and play spa to see if we used it enough to consider a hard spa. However, this spa is such good quality and so like a regular spa pool at a hotel goat I don’t think we will bother. It was so easy to assemble, very sturdy and so easy to maintain. The bubbles are very energetic and the 40 degree temperature is very soothing. We absolutely love it!

Best purchase this year
We love this spa!! It fits 4 people comfortably and is fab when you get to use it by yourself. Gets to 40 degrees slowly, about a day to get to temp, and this is a bit too hot for us. Once you get the hang of adding the chems (we use bromine), the pool is lovely and clear and will last more than a week. On the downside, the instructions aren't very clear as they were for another spa. You have to clean the filter every day and use the test strips regularly because a sunny day will deplete the chems in 2 hours. Time release tablets don't work properly so I crush them and add into the water when the test strips show low bromine. The cover is fab, helps keep the temp about 28 on a cool day and 34 when its above 20 degrees. The spa has helped with stress relief and achy muscles and joints. Best purchase this year.

Great value
Can’t praise this highly enough. Took 45 minutes to put up, an hour and 15 to fill.Heater, bubbles etc all work perfectly / even if it only lasts a year I would be pleased.Pleasant surprise for an impulse buy.

Great fun to use but NOT to set up.
No comment on longevity, this is from a person who has had the item for two weeks and is a 'first impression' review. It is nice to use, it's comfortable to sit in, the achievable temperature and the controllability of the temperature are both great. The airjets? Well, they're nice but there is only one setting - 11 - and you can't adjust it so unless you want to continually sit in a maelstrom it's of limited use. I'd love rot be able to turn it down to 'sneaky fart' but 'brontosaurus the day after a feed of beans' is all that's available. It sounds like a jumbo jet taking off too. This does not prevent me from enjoying sitting in it with the jets off very much. From the point of view of set up, the instructions are just crap. They lack detail, the illustrations are generic and sometimes the instructions are just plain wrong. This should not be complicated for Lay-Z-Spa but they've cut corners to save pennies and I think much less of their products because of it. YouTube videos and Google were the resources which helped me to commission the thing, the instructions were mostly just a hindrance. If I change my opinion on anything I'll adjust my review but this seems to have been a good expenditure of two-and-a-half hundred quid at this point.

Brilliant fun item
Went with this model which is one of the more expensive inflatable options for my first delve into hot tubs as I was unsure about the inflatable element. I have to say very impressed. Instructions are reasonable, though could be more detailed. Relatively simple to put together and inflate. Once setup and filled with water though it’s brilliant.Very sturdy, heater is good and efficient and jets are nice and powerful (don’t get me wrong this doesn’t have the fancy massage options of the expensive types) but for the money it’s great and all the family love it. We have used it every night so far. And just trying the timer option as busy for a few days.Chemicals are a bit of a chew to get right, but I think that’s hot tubs in general. I would advise investing in foam mats underneath to protect and insulate for costs.Suitable for kids as well (mine are eight and six) one of them has sensitive skin and no adverse reactions at all

Terrible product and worse support....avoid at all costs
Purchased this approx 6 months ago.Firstly the main unit started to leak. Then the bubbles failed. It appears the return valve has failed.I complained as it is still under warranty. Despite the claim they would reply within 3 working days, 1 MONTH LATER still no reply.Clearly once sold the company abandons all customer support.I feel that to reduce prices, cheaper parts are being used. As above it appears that a simple return valve has failed.I can not believe that I am so unlucky as to be the only one and I feel it is clearly a know manufacturer fault which the company must know about. However it does not look to be an easy fix and the whole inflatable unit will need to be replaced. An expensive fix for a simple issue so clearly the company feel best to ignore me.If you purchase this item or any other similar items you run the risk of the product failing after a short time. Your warranty is worth nothing and the company will not assist or honour the warranty.I will now look to go down the civil claim route. You have been warned
