Quality product, excellent condition
I have not had the MacBook Pro for a long time (about three weeks now) but I can comment it arrived in excellent condition. There were no scratches or dings to the screen or case. The battery life is good thus far. Operationally there are no problems. It is working just as I expected if not better. I love the screen size, extremely easy to set up, no problems with WiFi connection. I believed it was delivered in two days as expected or it may have been next day I cannot recall but it was on time. Process was problem free.

works great but........
this works wonderfull and its such a great starter laptops, the "but" in my headline was for the problem with how it sync with my phone, its not very consistent but its tolerable since its more active that usual. also on my mac, under setting where i need to add my card it shows that i cant add my stuff because of a security settings were modified, i have no clue what that means but it hasn't gotten in my way of doing anything.

Not Up to "Renewed" Standards - (Computer battery didn't last over 6 months)
I want to emphasize that the product is supposed to be "renewed". Meaning that it should be working and show signs of wear (like a used item). These things are usually signs of cosmetic damage, wear, cracked screens being replaced and things like so. Manufacturers tend to sell Refurbished items that are carefully inspected and any malfunctioning parts are replaced and the item is resold in a "like-new" condition, hence the term "refurbished" instead of "used".I purchased a computer in March on this year that I have NOT used much due to not going on many trips this year. The computer was in GOOD working condition (still, has no issues) but about a month or so ago the battery started acting up. Typically a refurbished item from a manufacturer provides a warranty since the item should be in "like-new" condition, but this seller does not. With that in mind, it is safe to assume that the listing is not accurately describing the items that are being sold. They are NOT renewed, since nothing about them is new besides the "cleaned out storage". The computer was still showing signs of wear, the cable was still not an OEM charger, and as noted the computer didn't last very long.In the case of buying something in this used beat up condition (or like the listing says "renewed") I would advise against that and recommend purchasing a newer model that is new through a payment plan. I took this "renewed" computer to apple and they told me that the replacement battery for the computer would cost me about 350$ when I only paid about 500$ for the "renewed" computer.I reached out to the seller, in an effort to avoid posting a bad review describing the lack of quality control and the failure to list the computer as "used" rather than "renewed/refurbished", and still, to no luck, they said there was nothing I could do since the "return" window was closed.I won't say that all their computers are defective, but I was unfortunately one of the few with a bad one.

Came in literally pristine condition. Works great, no issues
I bought a laptop that said it was in Excellent condition that was a MacBook 2020. And at first I was hesitant in buying a refurbished MacBook Pro, because I’ve had issues with it in the past. But when I received the item and checked it over, it was in literal excellent condition. No scratches, dents, or anything. The charger looked brand new and it works perfectly fine.

Looks good but has several dents definitely a 3.5 rating
Over all the Mac looks pretty good and was easy to set up. It’s also pretty much clean other than the dents on the corners of the laptop. It also has a crack on the mouse pad so I hope that it doesn’t become a problem in the future. Overall it works smoothly so that’s good. Woulda given a 3.5 cause of the damage but cause I can’t I have it at a 4.

Pleasantly surprised
I just purchased the MacBook Pro (renewed), and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and capabilities. This laptop is an absolute powerhouse, and it has exceeded all of my expectations in terms of speed, reliability, and overall user experience.First and foremost, this laptop is NEW, it came with an Apple charger and what is seems to be an Apple cable, the display is stunning, the performance is outstanding, the Intel Core i5 processor coupled with 16GB RAM ensures that I can tackle any task without experiencing any lag or slowdown; battery life is impressive as well, however this may vary depending on usage, but overall it's reliable and long-lasting.Then, one of the best things is the price, for $800 it is definitely worth the investment! In conclusion, the MacBook Pro renewed is a truly remarkable laptop that delivers on all fronts, I highly recommend it without hesitation.
