Don't let the Dogs Bark!
I'm an RN working 12 hour shifts at a jail on concrete floors and was required to buy non-slip shoes. Took a chance on these based on a chef's recommendations, he couldn't have been more correct in his review. Fit great, good arch support, and definitely no slip quality. After a few days I did replace inserts with my custom fit podiatric inserts I got from my Podiatrist due to chronic plantar fasciitis, but I put the keen inserts in my New Balance walking tennis shoe and they are much better than what original came in those. You won't be disappointed with these keen shoes. Although I've only had them for about a month they seem very durable. You might pay a little more for these than another brand but in the real world you get what you pay for and comfort is worthy of the cost for me.

Make sure you break them in first.
The best shoe for the money. I've gone through many brands of shoes working in the restaurant industry. These are by far the best for me. Perfect cushioning as I get older, excellent slip resistance, great longevity! I just wish the leather was a bit softer when new.... these shoes must be broken in! On second pair of the lace up and definitely kill my feet the first few days until they the leather breaks in.

Wow keen, incredible job.
I have to say, these are the best work shoes that I have ever purchased. The other reviewers are not exaggerating, they have met my expectations above and beyond.I have owned mine for well over a year, and just received my second pair in the mail. I probably could have worn my older pair for longer, as I haven't been sliding around much, but I work in a kitchen and they are far more filthy than I care to deal with. My next pair I will spend more effort keeping clean to prevent this from happening, but there is so much grease caked on it inside and out of these that I just decided to retire them. These shoes are very, very comfortable. Much more so than any walking shoes I have owned in the past. My shoes for crews and other previous ventures left my back hurting after standing on tile floor for 10+ hours, these Keens did not. They are durable, well made, and comfortable. All you need for a job like mine.I will continue buying these shoes in the future, keen has my heart forever :3

My third pair. These shoes are awesome!
If you work in the food and beverage industry, you have dealt with slippery floors. These shoes offer really reliable slip resistance. I also appreciate the solid support these Keen's supply, and easy care exterior. My previous two pairs have lasted over a year per pair, but I am on my feet for many hours a day. My only wish, a minor one at that, were that these had a little more dress shoe appeal, as I work in the front of the house in fine dining. I did try their "dressier' version, but have come back to this style. Keen shoes are rather ubiquitous where I live, so they don't stand out too much. They would be great for kitchen wear as well.Do not hesitate to purchase these shoes. They fit me quite true to size.As an added bonus, these shoes require no additional insert.

Best kitchen shoes I have ever owned.
I need a wide shoe and these listed as regular fit with a wide toe box. I was excited to find out they where extremely correct. The toe box is wide and comfortable. Water resistant and non slip are the icing on the cake. I have worked in kitchens all my life and these shoes are fantastic! I bought 2 more pairs.

Slippery non slip shoes
This was the third time I bought these shoes, as I loved them at work in a restaurant, but the non slip sole was different this time. In fact, the only surface they were non slip was a dry surface. What's the point of that? They used to be superb, but the quality of the sole is different now. Very dissapointing, as I used to love these shoes. Not recommended for non slip puposes..

Keen Cutting Corners in Quality to Cut Costs
I've been wearing Keen shoes since 2011. When I bought my first pair back then, I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and high level of comfort. As I wore that pair I became more and more amazed at their ability to hold up through countless 12- to 14-hour nursing shifts. At the end of each day, my feet were fine and my body did not feel fatigued like it had with previous brands. Here I am at the end of 2016 needing to replace that original pair (yes, that original pair lasted 5 1/2 years). So I purchased this pair of Keen Utility Oxford work shoes. And I was disappointed to see that they've sold out on quality and comfort for cost. I would have gladly paid twice what I paid for that first pair of Keens, but they're cheaper now...by all definitions.I'm sending this pair back and sadly looking at other brands.

Falls apart soon for the price
The inserts didn't even make it 4 hours and the mesh around the ankle made it 2 work days
