One hand operation
It is so easy to use and all you have to do is just let it do its job. Do not force it or put pressure on it….it works great !!!

Does the job.
Ordered the Craftsman 10 inch corded buffer after another brand broke after 2-3 hours use. Works as expected and can feel the better quality. Only issue is that it’s heavier than expected which creates fatigue rather quickly when using above my head on my fifth wheel camper. Still, very happy with its durability.

Always trust Craftsman
After 30 years i had to replace my craftsman orbital polisher. Meet the new Craftsman orbital polisher. The new one has a speed control at your fingers reach. Very smooth running and does a great job applying and removing wax.

Broke today
I like to take care of my own cars and I purchased this item in May 2024 to replace my heavier buffer from Autozone which I had for 3 years prior! Today something inside it popped and broke after 5 months. Craftsman tools used to be something I could depend on like the old wrenches in my tool set, but like all global bang for your buck items, this is a fail at the wrong time. Beautiful tool but look at something similar or a little more expensive if you spend a lot of time on your boy toys!

Not Impact Resistant
Excitedly used it to apply a coat of wax on my SUV. The dual handles made it easy. Good grip and maneuvered well. It ran more like a random orbital sander than a spinning angle grinder, meaning it vibrated more than spun, but that's kind of what I was expecting, so not a big deal. The 10-inch pad won't get into tight spots but, again, that was expected. My SUV is mostly big flat panels (2001 Defender 110) so thought the 10-inch pad would be perfect. Got the wax on in a semi-even coat, figuring I'd get better with practice. I realized I'd left the fluffy buffing pad in the garage so left it on the hood and went to get it. Came back to find it on the ground. It had apparently slipped off the hood. Not a big deal, it's a Craftsman, right? I peeled off the terry-cloth wax applicator pad and replaced it with the fluffy polishing pad. Time to shine,... literally!! Flipped the power switch to "on" in anticipation of buffing up the beast, and... nothing (?!?). It no longer powers on. That fall must have done some internal damage to the switch or contacts or something. I tried it in a different outlet to make sure the electrical breaker hadn't popped, but it was getting power. It just refused to power up. I used the buffing pad over my hand to buff the beast. Very sorely disappointed in this product. One drop and it's done. So much for Craftsman's legendary quality.
