A nice upgrade for me!
A very nice refurbished Laptop at a fantastic price! Everything works perfectly on it and looked as good as new to me. Great to save so much money on a bit older one that still does what they all do. Would recommend buying refurbished!

Control Key Worn Out
I'm generally pleased with this purchase. The laptop performs as expected. It easily upgraded to Windows 11, applied all the Win 11 patches, and installed the rest of our software. I bought it to support hybrid meetings. It does not have an internal camera or microphone, but that's OK because we use an external USB camera and USB microphone.I had already invested several hours in updating the OS and installing software before I found the problem described below.[FOUR STARS]During our first online session, I discovered that the control key in the lower-left corner of the keyboard fails about 90% of the time. This is annoying because we use a lot of CTRL-C and CTRL-V keystrokes. Fortunately, we can work around this issue with the context mouse menus to select "copy" and "paste." The other control key is probably OK, using it involves removing the hand from the mouse.This issue is PROBABLY unique to the particular machine that was delivered to me. I regret not checking it out before I prepped the laptop for our meetings.

Good base to build on.
Clean and in working order. Great price. I work in IT and was able to easily upgrade the RAM and storage. Overall, impressed with the condition and professional refurbish job.

The refurbished was in Excellent condition as advertised.
The laptop is in excellent condition with just a couple minor scratches. The touch screen has no issue and the display is sharp. A screw in the back of the laptop was loosen and I have to realign the back cover to fix the issue. Battery is also in excellent condition.Setting up the laptop was simple. I updated the OS with latest Windows updates with no issues. . Beside the laptop was delivered to a wrong house, everything else are as described.Highly recommend for school and Internet browsing!

Just like new
I was skeptical about buying a "refurbished" computer. It looks and performs as if it were brand new. This might be the way that I buy PC's from now on. I purchased one that was notated to be in excellent condition, so I'm sure that others may not be as nice. I however am very happy with my purchase.

Laptop didn't work
Customer service and return was very easy but unfortunately the laptop didn't work. This was a refurbished laptop "working as new" but I didn't want to risk it again.

I think the description for this laptop was wrong!
The seller listed the laptop as not having a touchscreen and a two core processor. The CPU listed is a 4 core i7 and my screen is a touchscreen!I had to go into Windows and disable it because I really don’t want a touchscreen.The laptop I got just ran out of Dell warranty a few months ago and it’s in perfect condition.Compared to the last Dell li bought refurbished, this one is leaps and bounds better in every way.

I honestly didn't expect a laptop of this quality. When I opened the box, I thought it was new, it came very well packaged.he laptop is very fast, and setting it up was quick as well.It exceeded my expectations
