This is good to use for crepe but hard to set up temperature. Otherwise, this is perfect!

I originally bought this for a brunch but we use it for lots of things. I've made grilled cheese on it, quesadillas, reubens, and warmed up tortillas for fajitas. The heat is consistent and strong enough to make perfect grilled cheese - and depending on the size of your sammich you can fit several. It is one my favorite kitchen gadgets because it's useful for more than one thing. And clean up is soooo easy. I wet down a paper towel and run it across the surface and it cleans like a dream. Never had anything stick to the non-stick surface - just wiping up crumbs and sometimes cheese.

This is great for more than just crepes. It works well to reheat food, make wraps, and more. It heats up faster than larger griddles. It’s light weight and easy to use. I did have to turn up the dial higher than expected but it wasn’t an issue. It works great!

Crepes are so easy with this burner. The temperature is adjustable. I love it so much i bought one for my sister and one for my daughter. Of course its not just for crepes, but never use metal tool on it or you’ll ruin it.5
