FarmHaven Magnesium is very effective!! I buy this specific product consistently. It works to calm my restless legs at night and in general my body feels much more at peace when I take 2 caps morning and 2 caps ar night faithfully. Vitamin D3 is an important companion to the magnesium.

This worked great for me. Helped calm me, help me sleep, and relaxed my legs. However I felt it kept me slightly easily awoken. I think because of the vitamin D3 it wasn't great for taking at night.
