Nice and soft. The size is perfect for relaxing and reading on the couch. This is my second weighted blanket and by far my favorite of the two. I chose an 8 pound blanket, I’m 120 pounds with a small frame. I find this to be much more calming than my previous 12 pound, which felt a bit crushing. The light grey color is also soothing. I’m using it as I write this review, hence, no exclamation points ;)

I love this blanket it’s 17 lbs . I’m 150 pounds . Its perfect for one person.

I am pleased with the pink color, soft and cheerful. The blanket is not universal in its ties and does not fit right in the cover I got for it. The blanket seems okay but it sure doesn't cover a queen bed, far from it. Can't wash it so tried to protect it with a pretty cover. I got a 17 lb. blanket but since it is larger than my 15 lb. blanket I think I should have gotten one for a king bed instead cause it is not as heavy on my body as my 15 lb. blanket cause it is a smaller size. Going to have to figure out how to move the ties around somehow so it will stay put in the cover I bought for it.
