Stren Original Monofilament Fishing Line

I only have experience with Stren and one other top brand. This is very high quality fishing line. The price is excellent. I highly recommend this product.

If you have trouble seeing your line or just like watching your line for the strike then try this line. It glows under a black light for night fishing too. I use it for crappie, catfish and bass fishing. It has the right amount of stretch and has low memory, superior knot strength and is very strong just like the clear/blue fluorescent.

I didn’t want to use all my expensive fluorocarbon leader material just to catch scup with so I purchased this.Works great. Excellent knot strength and abrasion resistance.I’ve only used it to catch Scup (Porgy with, but see no reason why it wouldn’t work for any species of fish when using bait.For lure fishing though, I’ll stick to my fluorocarbon 👍

Stren original is my favorite leader line in various pound test. I've used it for decades. That should tell you that I like it. 😊
