Awesome product! Used it in camper awning. Spray on little brushing wash off. Like new. Wish I had pictures.

I bought five gallons in November of 2020. I used two gallons in 2020. The other two gallons were kept in the garage through cool winters and blazing hot summers. I just used the third gallon today (August 2025) and the product worked like new. So, this product can be kept a long time.

This was the best cleaner I tried after using several general cleaners I had. First, my patio was partially black and green mold from years of neglect. I saw some improvement in a few minutes and let it sit longer. Sprayed back over the bad spots again and let it work longer before rinsing. After rinsing, there was significant improvement. I ordered another gallon to clean the patio again and use on my front sidewalk and pavers before sealing. I do recommend, obviously, since I ordered more. My patio was bad, so if yours isn’t as bad it would work better.

For those who do not wish to damage their decks by using power washers, this 30-seconds mold and mildew cleaner does a great job. It did a very good job cleaning my deck which had lots of patches of mildew. All I needed to do was to dilute it with an equal part of water, spray the mixture on the deck, wait a little while, scrub with a stiff deck brush and voila, a nice clean deck. I tried other products before, such as Behr Premium and Olympic Deck Cleaner, and this gave me the best results. I recommend this 30 SECONDS Mold and Mildew Cleaner & Stain Remover Concentrate as a go to solution for those prefer not to use power washers.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this product because of the good reviews and I’m very happy to report that they are all legit. I sprayed this lightly on the surface of the deck, waited about 20 minutes, and it was the easiest and lightest pressure washing I’ve ever done. For the north facing wood steps it took a couple of coats and a scrub brush, but they look like almost new! It also worked on algae growing on bricks and an outdoor concrete countertop.

This stuff really works!

Cleans well enough, bought for grime and black mildew on white pvc fence. What description does NOT tell you is it has bleachlike qualities. Spray bottle left white ring on landscape timber, blue work pants got all kinds of bleached out spots. Description page should be clear about the product's bleaching tendencies.
