I have trees that cover everything under them with a black sap. This removes it with ease.

The subdivision we live in has an association, (NEVER AGAIN) and will fine you for the smallest conjectured infraction, including algae on your siding. First off, I’ve never even seen siding that grows algae, and at times, even mold. WTH?Thank goodness for this product! My husband used to have to spend hours power-washing this off. This works like a charm. It literally just removes it within a very limited amount of time.The only issue I don’t care for is the non-safety of the chemicals in it. You need to make sure you get none on your skin, or any surrounding foliage, and rinse immediately. This still flushes it into the ground, and roots system of the plants, tress, bushes, etc.I’m hoping it doesn’t have some long term effect on the ground beneath. But due to the association, until something safer comes along, this will have to do!

It seemed to clean siding pretty good but I had to clean siding twice however I let it go too long if I would have gotten to it a few years ago it may have done it in one cleaning. I am happy with product

I was a bit skeptical about this product . But decided to give 30 Seconds Mold and Mildew cleaner at try.I have to admit it did an excellent job cleaning some dirty vinyl and aluminum siding. I left the product on for 15 /20 minutes and then rinsed it off with a garden hose with a power washer nasal attachment that I had also purchased from Amazon which also worked really well for the price $

Every summer my shady back yard patio, flagstone pathways, and siding starts to get an ugly green tint. For the horizonal surfaces I just pour this stuff into a watering can, dilute it with an equal amount of water, and pour it on the offending mold, mildew, algae or whatever it is. That's it. A few hours later the stones and mortar look new again. For the siding I bought one of the hose sprayer bottles of 30 Seconds, which i refill from the gallon size bottles. Hose it on and walk away.

Saw a Youtube video by How to with Doc on this product and i just had to see for myself if it truly worked that well. I have vinyl siding and one side of the house always gets moldy. I decided to buy the smaller bottle first with the spray applicator at the local big box store and then purchase these gallon refills. Works like it says. I do about a 20 foot section at a time. Spray that area, let it sit an move on to the next section. Now I go back to the first section after 3-4 minutes and wash it off . It's truly remarkable. It also has not hurt my lawn (but I do rinse of the lawn and shrubs with water when finished to play safe). It's saved me spending $300 for someone to powerwash the house ever 2years.I always keep a gallon on hand. Great product and the special price on Amazon was a great cost saver.

苔というよりも壁やタイルの黒カビ除去に効果覿面です。なるべくならば、しばらけ雨が降らないタイミングでの散布がよろしいかと思います。

物にもよると思うのですが、服に液が着くと色落ちします。漂白剤がやカビキラーが着いたようになります。結構強力な薬剤っぽくて取り扱いは要注意です。緑のボトルの方が洋服の色落ちとかなかったので、青コケを取るだけならそちらでいいと思います。

外壁の汚れの掃除用に購入。緑の汚れがひどかったのでまず緑ラベルのものを噴霧。緑のコケはすぐに落ちたが跡には黒いカビがそのまま残り消える気配なし。そこでこの青ラベルを購入し、噴霧ではなくモップで拭き取り掃除。あれよあれよときれいになった。外壁の汚れは一切なくなった。これを使ってよかった。ただし後でかなり強い漂白剤の臭いが残りました。取り扱いは要注意ですね。

6月のつゆも過ぎていよいよ夏になってきたので、カビ取りしようとして箱を開けたら容器のふたから薬剤が漏れ出していて床板が穴が開きそうに焼きとられていたのでショックで手が付けられません。どのように対処したらよいか途方に暮れています。
