I have taken MANY sleeping pills, prescription and non-prescription since 1984!! AND this medication gives me 8 hours sleep I have over slept many times, that has NEVER happened to me in 40 yrs! If my dog wakes me up at 2 or 3am I go back to sleep immediately!! I have no idea why this is working so well for me and the dozens I've tried in the past have not! My doctor asked me to bring in the box my next visit :-) However, I do feel it gives me a hangover for about an hour after I get up for the day.

I try my best not to use any sleep aids but sometimes it’s needed! As a busy mom of two sometimes I feel as though my brain can never completely shut down. Always thinking about what needs to be done and at night my mind races the most on all the tasks that need to be accomplished by the next day. It can be exhausting but having this to take at night helps me relax and get into a deeper sleep faster and stay asleep longer for my body to be completely well rested

Started having trouble sleeping all night. I would wake up and not be able to get back to sleep for hours. Took these and slept all night, and when I woke to use the bathroom I got right back to sleep. Very happy with this product.
