Q: Has any one used this product to repair the paper music rolls for a player piano?

Yes. Seems to work good on piano rolls. It will take years to see if it holds up.

Q: 400 in.= 33.33 ft. Your description says 98 feet (times 12 in/ft = 1176 inches), so are you offering, approx. 3 rolls of 1" X 400"? Peggy

This is for ONE box, NOS, different packaging but contains 98 feet instead of the newer packaging that contains 35 feet. You are receiving almost 3 times as much.

Q: What’s the difference between this and the Lineco Mending Tissue?

I've never even heard of Lincoln mending tissue. However, the document repair tissue is almost transparent when applied so that you can easily see what is underneath.

Q: I have a two page map from an atlas that I would like to join together--will this tape be good for that project (use on backside of pages)?

If the map is paper - it will be good I think (I like using it for books but on both sides). If it's laminated - this is the wrong product.
