These pills are big but I like to split dose, 3 in AM and 3 in the PM, more manageable then 6 in one sitting. I take something else with biotin for nails and I will swear by that product 50 ways till Sunday but I have noticed my hair is so much softer with these and I’ve noticed some baby hairs starting to come in so I’m hopeful. Overall not bad taste, I’ll need to update if these help my hair stop breaking off. I wanted them for my hair mostly.

I've been taking it for about 3 to 4 days now. It's showing results pretty quickly. My face feels softer.The only downside is the taste and the number of pills you need to take a day.

I’m giving a 5 (even though I can’t 100% attest for results) because although they are big, there is no aftertaste which I was surprised because they are big lol. I can say that my nails seem to be stronger, my gut health is better (my most noticeable change) and with a combination of collagen & the appropriate amount of water (I am on multiple diuretics) my skin is hydrated. I don’t like to leave reviews when I can’t 100% say this works but after almost 2 months, I can recognize I have had some changes & taking these collagen pills is the only “health” change I’ve made.

Quality item w/ no aftertaste.

I've been using this collagen supplement for a few weeks now, and I do notice some improvement in skin elasticity. It's not a miracle worker, but it's definitely helping my skin feel smoother. I do wish it dissolved a little better in liquids, as it tends to leave some residue.

Bought this primarily for hair health and less hair shedding and it definitely works! I’m not use to taking supplements multiple times a day let alone 6 times. Directions says I can take all 6 pills at once but I couldn’t stomach taking more than 2 pills at once as these pills are big (the size of my index finger nail). However, since it works even with taking 2 pills per day, I’ll try taking more in a day soon as the more I get use to taking them. But so far, I been taking 1-2 pills per day once in a day instead of the suggested 6 pills. Been taking them for 2 months and I can say that there is a significant improvement in health of my nails and hair.After the first month of taking them, my nails are whiter, stronger and looking beautifully healthier. My hair definitely grew faster than I normally expect. Not sure it helps with fullness or thickness of my hair. But it definitely does help with hair loss or hair shedding as I notice a significant lesser amount of hair less after washing and brushing my hair. I’m sure that if I had taken more than 2 pills per day, there will be bigger improvements.
