Easy to use and install. Waterproof and looks well made

I purchased this item to install a security light, about 10 foot up a wall. I thought that the screwless connector block, and hand tightened glands would be easier to use whilst up a ladder. As it turned out, that was the case. The only reservation I have is, that I'm glad I bought two. On my first attempt, I broke off one of the orange levers on the block, rendering it unusable. I also ruined the yellow silicon gasket by over-tightening the connector, distorting the gasket, despite the fact I only tightened it by hand, and the instructions stating it should be tightened using a tool. On the second attempt, I was more careful, and achieved an excellent result, which appears so far to be waterproof and looks very professional. Lesson learned, treat with a bit of care and you will get a good result from a good quality product.

After a very mischievous Springer Spaniel puppy took a liking to my hot tub cable (when in storage and not in use so no risk to her) I faced a hefty bill to buy a new unit. This is where this item was a life saver.I have zero experience of electrics but this made fixing the break so simple. Within about 10 minutes it was back to being safe for use.And whilst the cable is safe and away from her (for now) I have a spare junction box in this pack as I’m sure she was watching me fix this thinking “challenge accepted”

Very nice and easy

Got these to use in my garden and they are easy to fit and work perfectly.

This makes it so easy to connect 2 cables together! It has the wago style connector inside so it takes literally seconds to clip the wires in. Then it so easy to tighten it up to create a water tight seal. Would just say that if you are running cable along a wall personally I would get a box instead of this just so it would look a bit tidier (I ended up switching the one in the photo and used it somewhere else) Excellent value for money!
