I've specifically been wanting to increase my intake of vitamin B6, B12, and E (they help regulate your hormones and relieve some PMS symptoms). These have your daily recommended dosage of both B vitamins, and 45% of E, so I thought I'd give them a try. As a multivitamin supplement, they also contain vitmain A, C, D, folate, biotin, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, zinc, and sodium. The other ingredients are fairly clean, which is also something I was looking for. There are more natural options out there, of course, but personally, I was pretty happy with the ingredients of these - especially for the price. There are 300 gummies, or 150 servings. In my opinion, that is a great bargain.I've only been taking them for about 3 days. I can't say that I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel, but I haven't had any negative reactions, either. No upset stomach, no weird after taste. In fact, they taste great. I mean, there's part of me that wants to just snack on them. I won't, but it's nice to have a supplement that you actually look forward to taking. I will say they are quite sticky and chewy, so they will get stuck in your teeth. However, since they are gummies, that's basically expected. It's also a very smooth texture for a gummy, if that makes sense. The flavor is mixed fruit, and while there is nothing on the package that says what the flavors are, there are three shapes: an orange slice, a strawberry, and a berry of some kind. You can taste the difference in them, so they aren't just one flavor, which I kind of appreciate. It's like a luck of the draw thing, expect they are all tasty. They smell just like they taste. I think the orange is my favorite, though. They seem to be of good quality, and mine weren't melted at all, though it's winter now and I live someplace that gets very cold, so it would've been surprising if they were melted. As of now, I will certainly repurchase when it's time.

I was buying Olly vitamins and they were tasty and good. But these are much cheaper for many more and they taste great and make me feel just as good! The vitamin content is good, they don't smell bad they smell yummy! The packaging is sturdy and easy to use. My new daily must! Feel lucky they make these for how effective and great they are!

4 stars because I have no complaints but have not had them long enough to know their full effects and if they are truly effective. They're very easy to use, take two in the morning and forget about it. They taste good, and I think I feel a difference? I've only had them for a few days, but it seems as though they might be helping some with where my nutrition may be lacking. The vitamin content is as to be expected, though I do agree with the other commenters that it should at least have a small amount of iron, but that is my only complaint. The gummies are opaque and orange and a pinkish color. I would give 5 stars but I just do not know the full extent of it's benefits quite yet.

First and foremost, this bottle of Amazon branded vitamins is enormous! I was so surprised when I took the bottle out of my delivery box. It’s a fantastic price for the amount of product you receive, definitely a great value. I just took my first dose and I really enjoyed the pleasantly tart flavor and the texture is really soft and nice, like fruit snacks. You only take two per serving, so they’ll last a long time. I’m really happy with this product so far. Effective, nice tasting women’s vitamins with lots of health benefits. The label doesn’t lie!

Vitamin deficient no longer !!!! I used to get a bottle of pills and would have to buy every 60 days or so. These chewables taste good and it doesn’t feel like your taking medicine.
