A little worried by some of the reviews but used this for exercises from Josie Lewis' book The New Color Mixing Companion (also highly recommended). If I was knit picky, I would say, the punch's box was a bit torn.

Great addition to my classroom

This punch sticks and has to be un jammed constantly right from the start. After maybe 20 minutes of use, it was jamming with every punch. It got so hard to un jam I gave up. I ordered the hexagon and received the heart shape. I quickly reordered the hexagon a second time and received a hexagon. Unfortunately it is just poor quality. I tested out the heart punch and I also had problems with it jamming. I would recommend these if you are needing to do more than just a couple punches. If your making confetti find something else this is not work your time, hassle or wasted money. Both of mine are going in the trash.

This square punch is great for art projects and making embellishments for scrapbooking. Please make sure you read the size because the square punch is very small but small is what I needed for my projects. Very easy to use and no problem of the punch being stuck and can't get the paper out like some other punches that I have. Definitely would purchase their products again.

I was so mad when it jammed after 5 minutes of punching out paper, but my lovely husband oiled it for me. Works fine now.

I love this product for many reasons :It’s not hard to use because the ones I have I need to have the stringer like hulk to make it cute the paper and this one it’s lighter easy and wide on cute.It’s big as I imagine and represents totally the pictureIf you need it just get it I promise you won’t regret!!!

After about 20 punches the die started to stick in the down position, until I could not even get a thin sheet of paper to go into the punch. I took the main cover off and noted that although there are positions for four springs, only two were installed. Not sure if that's as intended or not, and obviously just two springs didn't provide enough upward force to raise the poorly-fitted die. The fix -- I polished the outside of the metal die with 400, then 800 grit sandpaper, and sprayed it with silicon lube. That made it fit and slide better and now it's worked fine through 100s of punches , despite only having two springs to lift it back up.

Works great l. But with thin paper you have to use more sheets then.
