Grain Goodness without extra sugar.
I prefer these and similar red mill products over most other brands. Not sweet and nice texture and flavor with out being “granola pancakes”I can make them sweet or savory.

Did they forget the baking powder?
Pancakes are flat and tough. I added some baking powder and the result was much better. Will not buy them again.
