The 952-SVC Cell Cord is NOT included.

Q: how often does the cell need to be replaced?

Check the two outboard plates in cell if the two outer plates are lower than other plates by approx 1/8 of an inch it should be replaced. You will also tend to get high voltage and high amps messages. I hope this helps.
