Great price for a year of protection. Norton 360 Deluxe is the best I have used. Don't be fooled by made in U.S.A. for American's or the rankings showing Norton as # 2. Easy to download and set up to your main and other devices. 02/10/24

You have to enter a debit/credit card before you install it even if you buy it from a retailer, they tell you they will email you a reminder a few weeks before it expires and you can choose to keep the subscription or not but they don't email you and charge your card $119.99 then you have to go through the hassle of contacting them to get your money back. If they charged you the usual Amazon price of around $30.00 that would be fine but they are going to gouge you for $120.00 for the same thing. The product itself works great to protect my computer, I don't have problems with it other than there is a lot of upselling through the year which gets to be annoying. If you are going to make a 360 product don't you think it would be all-inclusive and you wouldn't need to buy extra protection? High marks for protecting my computer/low marks for trying to dupe long-standing customers.

Loaded and running Norton 360 without issue. I use the VPN feature when surfing without too much issue. Sometimes the VPN server is tagged as 'large amount of traffic' and I am required to identify as human. One complaint is trying to up sell additional features, saying no once should be adequate. If they increase the price up next year then I will jump to another service as companies seem not to appreciate dedicated old customers just new customers.

First off, when I installed product I was almost scammed due to issues with installation which required customer service support . I thought I dialed the number given by the download but it's possible it was just a pop-up. Luckily, I caught onto the scam and contacted the REAL Norton customer service which helped me the issue I originally had and the additional issues the scam Norton caused. Once installed with every single protection service provided by Norton 360, it was very limited protectionand app would push me to try an add on which of course was an additionalcharge after a short trial period. I was extremely disappointed in the limited protection Norton360 actually offers. So, since Norton pushes consistently for the additional coverage, I figured I'd try out the offers and just cancel before free trial expired. So, I downloaded Lifelock Identity and Norton Secure VPN. Since I was able to use this product on 5 devices, I added all the above to 3 laptops, 1 tablet, and 1 android phone. Worst mistake! Every single device has had problems due to one of Nortons programs. It has been inconsistent. Sometimes it allows me to use certain completely legit apps and sometimes it won't. The password security has NEVER worked correctly on ANY device. It has complicated almost anything I do on each device. I have had these services since July 13,2023 and after only 3 months I have uninstalled Norton from each device I had added it to. I've listed the issues I encountered using Norton services. I will never use Norton again and strongly recommend others to avoid them, as well.-easily confused between legit Norton and scam Norton-very limited protection-constant pushing to add services which increases cost-customer service sounded unconcerned and even bothered by my calls-slowed all 5 devices dramatically-caused legit programs and apps to have complications-complete waste of money

Bottom line, I like the Symantec/Norton malware protection I get from this product. I have been using it for a couple of decades now (in its various forms). When Norton decided to go to the "subscription" model, I was not amused, but as written in the FAQs, one can buy a new license here for much less than the automated renewal, but it comes with a minor cost: You have to install the new license, at least on one computer.Here is what I did:1) Waited to get a good deal on this SW around the Black Friday time frame (to be installed at the end of the year).2) Waited until 45 days before the old license was set to expire then went online to discontinue the automated subscription (I messed up last year and paid full price).3) Waited until the day the old subscription expired.4) Uninstalled Norton 365 on my main machine.5) Rebooted.6) Installed the latest North 365 (per the instructions) and used the new Key when prompted.7) Went into MyNorton to assign the new Key to my other machines.7a) Had to uninstall and reinstall the code on my smartphone in order to apply the new Key to it. This was the only minor issue I had.This renewed subscription is now running on all my computers and my one phone as expected!!! At the reduced cost! Piece of cake.

I bought a key card via Amazon Black Friday sales - turned out that it only works for US but not in my country. Only manage to install on my PC after using a VPN but unable to install on my mobile devices

After the product was delivered, I had problems installing it. I contacted Norton Support and they told me i could not use the product in Singapore but was designed for US market. I bought this from Amazon.sg. So how can it not work in Singapore. The product description only said the features around Dark Web Monitoring will not work outside of US. It did not say the whole product will not work outside US. After many hours of working with Norton Support, they provided me with a different Norton product key. They even mentioned not to buy Norton products outside of Norton websites (which includes Amazon) and i think that is not the right approach. Very disappointed that i had to spend so much time troubleshooting and working with Norton support to get it working.
