Q: Will they work on a trac rac pro?

I don't believe so, I had a regular Trac rac set-up on my truck and they didn't work.

Q: Will these work on a tracvan tracrac for the chevy express 2500? it doesn’t explicitly say tracrac on it. it says tracvan

that work on my grand caravan 2008 and work great.

Q: Do they come with the knobs that tighten down the actual stop or are they sold separately?

My set come with the bolts and knobs for tightening them down.

Q: My crossbar is 1.5x1.5 inches. Will i be able to use these load stops?

(I don't know why the picture is incorrect.) I got the "Thule 503 Load Stops for Square Load Bars" and the bars are 1.25" wide and 1.00" high and they fit snugly. So my answer would be no.
