It's a miracle!
This week, the shop told me that I had to get a new motor or spend x amount of money on having my cylinder #3 piston ring replaced because the compression test was poor, only producing 70psi. The did a valve adjustment when increased it to 90psi, but it didn't stop the timing on the engine from being very poor and causing the engine light to constantly blink. Before bringing the car, which is 1998 honda crv with 220K on the engine, to the shop for the misfire. 2 weeks before I had the timing belt replaced, which was pretty costly. So, long story short. . . I decided to go online and look at some addatives. I ran across Rislone High milage 4, 6, 8. Did an oil change and added the can. I was pretty excited. I started the car and ran it in town for about 10 miles. I noticed a little improvement in the idling, but it still caused the engine light to turn on. I have an obd II code reader, so I reset it and turned off the light. The next morning, I was driving my car to work and low and behold, there was no check engine light and the idle was smoother, when I came to a stop light. I'm like. . "Praise the Lord. . Thank you Jesus"! Also, thank you to the makers of Rislone. Now, I will be able to drive with peace of mind! God bless and Carry on. . from Salina, KS.

Last stop for the damned
If you're here this is probably your last resort. It's not going to fix your problem but it may extend your engines life to get you down the road a bit longer. Definitely made our failing engine run quite and smoother. No noticeable increase in compression.

Whelp, it did something
I have a Ford 5.4 Triton that overheated and has close to 300K mi on it. The engine still runs flawlessly but I'm guessing due to the overheat event I blew a piston ring. There was a ton of smoke that pours out. I put 2 bottle of this stuff into my engine. I still have smoke, but it is definitely significantly less. So if I had normal piston ring wear I'm sure the difference would be huge, but I firmly believe one or 2 of my rings are fully damaged. Either way, it does work. Your results will depend on the severity of your situation. Don't expect it to make the engine brand new that's all I'm saying. Overall good product

WOW!!! What a difference! Gas mileage went from 20 mpg to 31mpg!!!
I bought my 2009 SUV with 85,000 miles and now has 120,000. It has shaken at idle since the day I bought it. I've spent a lot of money replacing all the parts I thought could be causing it. Nothing worked. I knew I had low compression at 95 psi in one of my cylinders but thought there was nothing I could do except rip apart the engine and fix it. I did not know until a week ago that there was an oil additive I could add to see if it improved the performance of my engine. I added the compression additive to my engine oil and went for a ten minute drive. When I got home and parked in my garage there was just a little engine shaking and no more engine pinging. My engine would rattle my car to where it would spill water sitting in a cup in the cup holder. Now there is just a very slight shimmy. The difference is night and day! This stuff is awesome!!!! Edit: I just went on a two hour drive through the city and highways. I filled up the tank with regular gas. I got 31mpg after driving 130 miles. I've been getting 19-22 mpg and the best I ever got was 24mpg. This stuff is just amazing!

Average help for tired engine
Is what it is.. same as at any auto parts store. Won’t fix a broken tired valve or ring.

William Sanders Really Works
I have a 1984 Simplicity 7116 lawn mower with a Briggs and Stratton 16 HP engine. The engine would burn a pint of oil and foul the spark plug after 30 minutes of use. I could no longer get a cylinder assembly for a reasonable price and I tried other oil products with no change. I put 8 ounces of the Rislone High Mileage Compression Repair in a 40 ounce oil sump on the engine. Ran the engine for over an hour. The smoke reduction was almost immediate. The engine ran smooth the entire time and would accelerate much quicker with minimal smoke. Check the oil and there was no consumption. Check the plug and it had very minimal fouling. The engine also starts right up as in the past. Praise God for repairing the engine. I almost sold the mower for parts. Hard to get rid of something you have had for 37 years. The oil additive really works, at least for now. I am believing it will continue to work well in the next few years.

Helped our lawn mower
We bought the Rislone High Mileage 4 6 8 Compression Repair to use in our riding mower. It wasn't running right and we decided to give this a try. It did seem to help. It is really thick and kind of sticky.
