Yes, I have medium length naturally curly/wavy hair and I use this product for scrunch and go. It can leave your hair feeling a bit "crunchy" if you use too much, so I use the matching curl cream first and it works really well to keep my hair soft (cream) and curls defined (this product). I use this on my mixed daughters hair, it works really well to define curls and eliminate frizz I've tried several products and this one by far leaves the hair the softest and didn't make it seem like there is any product in there.

No it does not.But like with all products make sure its for your specific hair type.Also always remember ...less is more.

Q: Can I use this and the milk cream together?

Absolutely!!!!!You can always cocktail anything! you can always customize any product tp fit your hair type.
