Fantastic insoles, but no grip
I have psoriatic arthritis, as well as accompanying psoriasis on the skin of my feet. Aside from the discomfort of arthritis, psoriasis can make wearing shoes an absolute nightmare, because even the slightest rubbing against my feet, even in socks, can ruin my skin for literally weeks. Insoles are essential, and as a result, I have literally acquired a drawer full over the years as I experimented with every brand and model out there. These have ticked pretty much every box. They are a durable silicone/foam-type substance, with a fabric top. They're not going to break apart like the thin foam insoles provided by some manufacturers (I'm looking at you here, Salomon and Timberland), or feeble fabric-wrapped foam which I've seen in some insoles, and yet they're not solid. There is still enough "give" in them that you feel like your feet are sitting on very dense memory foam. They really do cushion effectively, and shoes which I'd previously given up on are now ones in which I can walk for miles, whereas before, my arthritic knees would have made it very difficult to do more than a mile. Do be aware though, that these are not particularly breathable, and if your shoes aren't made from a natural, breathable material, your feet will soon feel warm in these.I've seen a lot of people ask if these are thick. I would say they're thicker than average, but not ridiculously so. Because of this, if your shoes don't have any spare space horizontally or vertically, these will probably make them too tight. Your feet will be raised up due to the thickness. I have learned to buy shoes half a size up in order to accommodate insoles, but sometimes even that's not sufficient. The only reason I'd not award these the "perfect" label is that the top coating is a shiny fabric, which has no grip on your socks, or feet, whatsoever. Absolutely not an issue if you're wearing these in flat shoes or trainers, but if you put them into a pair of shoes or boots with even the slightest wedge or heel, your feet will slowly slide down until your toes are squished into the front of your shoes. That's uncomfortable, and it could be very easily remedied by using a less shiny fabric, such as cotton.I'm a big fan, and have these in pretty much every pair of shoes I own. They're remarkably affordable for what they are, and if you can get them on offer (They're just under £3.50 as part of Amazon's boxing day sale in 2022), I'd recommend stocking up.

fits my sandals and comfortable
Quite thick and solid insole. A tight fit but I can get it in my sandals. Only time will tell how long it lasts.

Sorbothane insoles
One of the best insoles I ever had exceptionally comfortable and they last over 18 months in work boots/work trainers,12 hour shifts standing I’ve got several pairs even in a pair of vans that were hard on the feet I would recommend them for work/sports or just Comfort and support 5stars

Size up very large but seem comfortable
I've come across Sorbothane before in professional vibration isolation in electrical equipment, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it being used in insoles. Initial impressions are generally good, they are pretty comfortable and really absorb a lot of foot impact.Compared to some insoles they are relatively heavy so better suited for hiking boots etc than super light running shoes for example unless you don't mind adding a little weight. One thing to be aware of is that they seem to size up very large: I had to buy a UK size 7 insoles to match/replace the footbeds/insoles that were supplied from the factory in my size 8.5 UK shoes for example. The only other caveat I'd note is that the sorbothane material is not breathable so I found that my feet got a little warm/built up some "hot spots" compared to the old insoles - this may or may not be an issue for you depending on what type of shoes you're using these in, and whether you are prone to getting hot or cold feet generally.

Not for plantar fasciitis
These are a nice cushioned insole but doesn't help plantar fasciitis, which is the reason I bought them from the description
