Easy to install. My first one lasted 10 years. I just bought a second one.

Priced right, arrived on time, well packaged and intact. Frame and hardware are well made and seem quite sturdy.This is the 48” version replaces our previous 24” version which lasted 5 years facing south in the Florida sun. The twenty-four inch version was no longer offered, but this 48” awning balances aesthetically over our single 24” glass-block window on a long, other-wise windowless wall. Very pleased!

Inexpensive awning, NOT canvas, more like patio umbrella material. This is my second of this piece, the first lasted seven seasons (I take down in winter). Within two years the material fades to near-gray. It stays together okay but by the last y year, the 7th, the material itself had weathered to unserviceable, seams separating, tattered edges, holes where material wraps the metal rods. The same size heavy professional awning for this window would be around $800 today. I have them on other windows. This window's in an alley and unseen from the street, so I didn't care about fading. The hardware held-up great, very little rust, but again, I take the awnings down in the Fall. It's a decent awning and "good 'nuff'' for my purposes, but if you're looking for long service life and vibrant color lasting, nope. The last picture is the old awning end of 2024's season, you can see the gray color.

So disappointed. Product went up easily and looked great. Within 3 weeks, I noticed the black started looking washed out. I though it was dusty. I hadn’t had a chance to install the second adjacent one yet as it is a rental property and my time to make repairs is limited. Got both installed within a month of each other and they didn’t even look like they were the same awning because the first one had faded so much. Now, 3 months after installing them, the fabric looks terrible. Did not perform well outside AT ALL!

I am very happy with these awnings!Like another reviewer I previously had Aleko awnings… the fabric degraded quickly.Fortunately, the hardware is the same so I didn't have to tear down and reinstall the hardware on the house.The fabric is much better than the old ones.In fact, I am so happy i just ordered another set to hold in reserve.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of these awnings as well as the ease of installation. I am 91 years old and I put them up in one afternoon. The instructions are terrible but fortunately it is pretty simple to tell how they go together. A tip. Put the back rail in the awning and install on the wall before putting the side and front pieces in place. This keeps the frame out of the way while you attach the back to the wall.

Heavy rain... leaks on the back side. But very sturdy.

The fabric is much better than the cheap Aleko awnings I purchased a few years ago. They are all shredded now. The fabric appears to be a thick canvas and it looks like it will last longer. Time will tell, but these awnings are pretty high quality. One final note, I have noticed that they keep the house much cooler so that I don't have to run my air conditioner.
