Most people know that preparing falafel from scratch is a complicated process...don't take my word for it...just find any YouTube video. With that being said, a mix like this, ready for just water, is beyond convenient for preparing what amounts to be a superfood. THIS PARTICULAR MIX IS EXCELLENT. I've tried a few, with some tasting like literal carboard and others knocking my socks off. This mix is, thus far, the best. If prepared according to its simple instructions, it tastes as good if not BETTER than anything you can get at a local food truck, street front joint or diner. Try it; you will NOT be disappointed.

Taste was okay, but the balls did not hold together well when frying.

I love falafel and have purchased many different brands of mixes. I have even made my own fro scratch, (they were awesome, but a mix is just easier). This is hands down the best falafel I have had, I think better than most restaurant felafel I have had. I knew the mix was going to be awesome the minute I opened the bag…the aroma was intoxicating! I was still surprised by just how delicious the Pattie’s were. If you love falafel, this mix won’t disappoint! I’m ordering more right now, I never want to run out!

It's very easy to make and it taste so good. Buy it doesn't make the same quantity that they say it makes. But it's so worth it delicious

Exceptionally bland, would not recommend. It’s simple enough to prepare but once prepared you really don’t want to eat it

For me, the spices were a little over the top. When I added finely chopped vegetables this mix made a tasty burger.
