Rust and weird smell, mould on it.

Don’t buy unless you’re looking for static work.
Not long enough to actually take more than one or two steps under tension. Almost entirely useless, can’t even do your first three steps of a sprint. Can’t do over speed training as you would almost immediately hit a wall.Would only be useful if you have a training partner.

Good quality product, Bungee Band definitly too weak for adults.

It is very heavy duty and a great price.I use use it tied to a goal post and it works great for footwork drills'Also you can have a training partner holding it for extra movement!Everything feels very high quality so it does not feel like it will break under pressureGREAT FOR SOCCER, MMA, and FOOTBALL!
