Arrived in good condition and on time! I am happy with that!

Used this product under my 2007 mower. Product works as described. Of course, it will NOT be 100% effective if don't start with a clean surface. I recommend this product, worth the money...

Everything is good with the package I opened it found missing cap on one of the 6 cans I ordered.

I used two light coats 1hr apart and let dry 48 hrs. I mowed 7,000 sg. Ft of lawn that was mostly dry. Just tired it up and hit it with the blower and it came clean. N0 gress!!

Use a rag for deck use application only & it requires repeat applications. I used to use Teflon, much better

I mulch as I mow my lawn and the grass clippings under the mower deck would cause the mower to choke, then I’d end up with huge clumps of grass all over my lawn. I throughly cleaned the deck, allowed it to dry, then sprayed the deck with Tite-Seal. The mower did not choke down once, no clumps on the lawn, and there were no clumps of clippings under the deck. I am very pleased and wish I had known about this product earlier.

Drop your deck, clean it really well once, then apply this -- you may never have to remove the deck just to clean it again. Usually mowers self-clear halfway decent when they are new, then get cloggy as the original finish degrades, or they get nicked up a little. Spray this once a season, and even wet grass will shed better than when the mower was new. If there is build-up, it will scrape off a lot better with just casual attention. If getting to the bottom of your mower is difficult or dangerous, this will save you all kinds of trouble.

Sloppy, runny garbage. This stuff drips and runs like water. Remember that when spraying your deck and it subsequently runs all over the floor below it to create a nice slick walking surface. Acted as a grass magnet!!! Never has the underside of my mower been more caked with grass than after spraying it with this. Was a bargain for 6 cans, but total garbage. Will use it to soak gardening tools after use. I’m sticking with DuPont Teflon. Costs more, but worth every penny. Goes on dry. Sticks to the surface you spray it on and repels grass clippings like water on a newly waxed car.
