This is the best KT I have used till date. I have used cheaper as well as expensive tapes and I think this one has so far given the best results in terms of adhesion and support. It gives me immense support to my knee while playing football. I had an acl and meniscal surgery a few years back, this KT helped me with the transition.I have used it for supporting my plantar fasciitis too.I would suggest shaving off hair from the application area because the adhesion is a bit too strong compared to other KT’s. Water resistance is also great, a taping can last for 2-3 days easily.Honestly speaking I prefer this one over the more popular brands like KT.

Not helpful in collarbone fracture.

Disappointed with the quality of this kinesiology tape. It barely sticks, even after properly cleaning and drying my skin before application. Starts peeling off within an hour or two, especially around joints or areas with movement. Not reliable for workouts or extended wear—definitely not what I expected. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something that stays put.

Very bad quality, not sticking properly. Earlier we have used it many times but this time the quality was not that. Very much disappointed with the product. We have got two, one was good the other was bad.Wastage of money, as couldn't return it.
