cheap plastic
In the description, it says acrylic. It is actually cheap, thin plastic. I would not put it in a salon for anything.

excellent value for the cost
scratches really easily, don't use a scrubby sponge to clean. otherwise, it's not loud when a blast of water hits it, it's sturdy and it looks great.

and mounting was good. Drain fittings and hair trap stink
Bowel, faucet, and mounting was good. Drain fittings and hair trap stink. Compression nut inside diameter are larger than cheap rubber gaskets so unable to compress gaskets. Outlet of hair trap was smaller inside diameter than tubular drain pipe provided. Replaced nuts and rubber gaskets with nylon trap gaskets. Also tube of clear silicone will be needed to stop drips. By the way I have plumbed for forty years so know when there is a bad product. Would recommend throwing the hair trap away and get tubular pvc p-trap.

I love the style of this sink.
Very nice shampoo bowl. It was very easy to put together and install. Instead of using the screws that came with the bracket, I used the same size bolts with washers because my sink is inside a cabinet. I also used plumber's putty on the inside of the bowl drain hole. I used Teflon tape on everything that has threads. No leaks! Its a very nice sink.
