I am caring in emergency,would the fireman have trouble to enter my house with this lock ？

The best lock in the world, will only slow down an intruder. That extra time is for you to react to the event. Firemen have special breaching tools to overcome most any door they encounter. Given enough time and determination you could break into Fort Knox.

I am familiar with this type lock and seen it installed on flat door trim, but does it mount on an alexandria type molding?

The screws go into the flat inside of the door jamb. As long as the molding is not too thick, it should be fine. My molding is not 100% flat either. It has small grooves.

if you don't have a drill how can you screw the screws in? We live in an apartment and it's a metal door with a metal frame, my husband has Alzheimer

We did put this into one metal door with a metal frame, but it was very difficult, and that was with a drill. I'm not sure how you could get through the metal without drill bits.

I am caring if this lock really strong enough to keep someone kicking the door open?

This lock will make it much more difficult to kick the door in. I didnt use the screws provided. I used longer, Torx head screws 3 in long. I also installed a massive one piece strike plate to add even more security.
