Wonderful Customer Service/Product Damaged.
The customer service was absolutely amazing.Our cage came with a small broken bar.After using the cage for the past several day we've noticed other issues.*The water bottle leaks.*Another spot broke on the cage when the bunny hopped up onto the side of the cage (8 week old bunny) It broke at a weld area.* Paint is beginning to rub off at the doors.- Cage came with little instruction but was easy to assemble.- The cage is a good size.I am very thankful for such a good customer service team. They addressed my problems right away and made sure I was satisfied with the credit amount they gave me.I wouldnt purchase this specific product again but I would purchase from the company again.

Sturdy and easy to piece together :)
Its an awesome cage :) easy to put together and extra parts are included :) I love the idea you can do your own style cage :) there was a tiny issue which they fixed with no problem :) I hope their business takes them very far in life :) I would recommend this cage :)
