BEST SWEETENER FOR KETO!!
This is by far the best sweetener for the KETO way of eating...It doesn't have the cooling effect like stevia, and the texture of my baked goods are GREAT!! Erythritol hardens too much when heated, making cookies crumble... So if you still love to bake but sugar is off limits, this is the sweetener for you :D
