The charm was smaller than I expected - my fault for not reading the size information more thoroughly. However, it was intended as a Mother's Day gift for a friend who is German. She loved it, although I offered to return it for something larger. Since she has some difficulty with the clasp on any necklace, she had her son put the pendant onto a charm bracelet.
