Depends on how big your bonnet is,is it a Micra or a Jag ?big difference in size

It said on the can leave to harden for 24 hours.

Q: is it heat resistant? Can it be used to spray car brake calipers?

hello it could be used but it is better to use high temp paint as this one may not stand up to heat generated by brakes and could peel off.

Q: Does it work for polystyrene, acrylic and abs, such as with gundam models?

Dont know about polystyrene,but should work well as an undercoat for acrylic paint.
