Good quality, as expected from Nestle. In Latin America this product is known as “crema de leche”. Very useful when preparing both, sweet and savory dishes.

I don’t LIKE milk so I rarely buy it. But sometimes you need milk for a recipe and having small cans of it in my pantry are the perfect solution for me. This product has been absolutely perfect for my needs! I haven’t had any problems with it being “lumpy”, as stated in some reviews - so far, it has been creamy smooth, thick, and a mild, pleasant taste. I’m happy that I made this purchase & plan to restock my pantry in the future!

As a kid in England, we only ever had canned cream, on special occasions (no fridge at home). So happy to find it online. I just spoon it out of the can and savor the flavor. Note: it's nothing like fresh pouring cream! Suitable for emergency/ camping supplies.

I like this a lot but what I discovered while camping is that it turns into brown lumps when frozen (they still worked in my tea though I knew they had only frozen once so were safe). I see in other reviews people have trouble with this probably froze in the back of a delivery vehicle. Otherwise I just enjoy this stuff better actually than the creme in cartons the grocery stores sell.

Excellent flavor and versatility. Can use it as clotted cream or for topping fruit and dessert. It isn’t like whipped cream and has a slightly darker off white color. Love it. It is a lot like Mexican crema

if you like that taste then its all good stuff. I bought it for emergency use if I ran out of cream but was off put by the taste initially as I thought it would taste like cream. It has that chemical artificial taste of cremora, have no idea how other people use this stuff, apparently for recipes. I personally would just use powdered milk instead and just make it less liquidy. Now for the good stuff, put it in coffee for a nice creamy pleasant taste. it works. just be warned its hard to blend in, especially once you put any leftover in fridge. tip: microwave it first before trying. Its not really economical at all, one small can (these are not full size 8 oz) only does 2 or 3 coffees. If you want that nice creamy feel to coffees it prob is best to just get the big bottle of powdered Cremora. for prepping id still just stick with powdered milk, sour cream, heavy cream (they freeze dry/ dehydrate everything now) rehydrate for recipes to avoid that funky chemical taste, and yyou can get them in large #10 cans on down to handy small sizes.

Love this cream - so flexible - can even add a little lemon juice or vinegar and serves as sour cream in a pinch. Packaged very well in a box with partitions for each can so arrived in perfect condition.

I make keto/low carb ice cream with this...I can plus 1 tbsp. cacao bliss, 1 tsp vanilla and monkfruit sugar (Lakanto) to taste. I keep the cans in our porch so it is naturally cold. Like a mousse after ingredients are mixed well. Satisfies my chocolate craving.
