I have read this book in one day non stop. It offers practical advice on how to heal and what to do to women that feel alone. Even the medical profession rolls their eyes at our chronic pain. I bought this book to give to my PA since she thinks vaginal atrophy does not hurt. Maybe it will open her eyes and she will understand better. Great book from cover to cover. This book was a Godsend for me. So very informative. Even some humor on such a serious subject.
