Can't get over how real this book is. It's painful to read but full of love and hope at the same time. A must read for all into the art of love and sacrifice

Absolutely wonderful reading just waiting for a film to be made,it needs it!This book was recommended to me and I can truly say it did not disappoint.If you work with children you need to get this book straight away and catch the vision I have. It is great reading WARNING get lots of tissues you will be crying from start to finish.Having met Pastor Bill I can truly say he is doing a great job. Please help to support the ministry in one way or another.

So often we look at the illnesses of society and say it's impossible to change. This book made me realise it's not, if each able person will step up to the challenge. I thank God for the life of Bill Wilson and for every faithful person who said "this child is mine!"

Love it! This is a great book, actually the second time I have bought it after lending my first copy to a friend... then never seeing it again. If you want to be truely inspired about reaching children in Jesus name then read this book. Just one warning: reading this book lead to me absolutely bawling my eyes out.

I heard Pastor Bill speak in Glasgow in the 1990's.This book puts more flesh on what he shared.Absolutely amazing stories and work that Pastor Bill is doing in Brooklyn.A must read for anyone

A must read if you are looking for inspiration in children's ministry. True life but unbelievable in some parts. Bill deserves recognition to catapult his ministry further afield.

Bill is fantastic hands and feet for Jesus. He is full of compassion and wants each child to come to know Jesus in the American ghettos and problem areas. His whole life is dedicated to this mission - a remarkable man.

If you work with children, this book is a must read. If you love children’s ministry, this book is a must read. It is the greatest book ever written on children’s ministry and for that matter, ministry in general. A MUST READ!

One of the best stories I have read. Sheds a real light on the spiritual needs of most north American inner cities. Mission work can be done close to home!!

This book will give you a new passion for ministries, not just KidMin, but any ministry. They all have its ups and downs and Bill Wilson shares both sides.

Bill Wilson's book is still working on me! If we are serious about children coming to saving faith in Christ, and seeing lives changed both now and for eternity, we will step up to the challenge of loving children - no matter where they are. Being intentional about building relationships with children and their families will of necessity, move us from our pews to the community. This is one I will need to reread and respond to annually.
