I had to replace my previous battery due to swelling the battery cell. This battery did the same thing within 8 months. About couple of weeks ago, got the notification of battery error- means replace the battery. So I had to replace the battery with a new one within less than a year.I replaced it with a HP battery. I searched to find product support, but don't have any. I think this battery supposed to die after your warranty period. So if you need a good battery lasting long, just go with something else.

I first watched a few YouTube videos on how to replace and it was a breeze to complete. I'll post back in a few weeks to see if the battery holds a charge and pc will operate correctly. As of today its great.

When I first got this battery I wasn't happen with the lack of longevity on it but i didn't think it could get worse! It use to last about 45 minutes whether I was streaming or just working on a spreadsheet. for the last week it has drastically declined and doesn't even last 10 minutes! I have to just keep it plugged in all the time now. Of course, my warranty expired May 11th, 3 weeks ago. What a coincidence! Not worth the money you "save" by buying after market.

I ordered this a little over a year ago everything was fine up until a few days ago the laptop keeps shutting down because the battery charge capacity is "low", I had the battery from manufacturer before and it never said this the 4 years that I had it, and all the batteries that are for sale are not manufacturer batteries.

The battery works perfectly! The original battery that came with the computer started dying only 1 year after purchasing the computer. It got to the point where I couldn't charge the old battery past 30%. The new battery was easy to install (after figuring out how to get inside the computer to replace the battery) and it charged to 100% within a couple of hours. So far all is good!

So far, so good for this replacement battery. Easy to install and definitely holds a charge much longer than the original battery

Once the unit was opened (new computers are a PAIN to open) it was easy to install. I bought and installed it for a customer and he seems pleased.
