I received a throwbee for Christmas last year and when I opened it I was kinda thinking it's super soft but I probably will never use it. Well I was very wrong. It's actually the gift I used the most and I live in Southern California. It never even gets that cold here. What I love about it. It's super soft and comfy and really useful. I work from home and even find myself using it at my desk. It allows me to work at my computer because my arms are free. I love it so much I purchased one for my kids, mom and grandmother.

WOW this is amazing and exactly what I was looking for! Extremely soft and warm. The grey color is nice... I really wanted pink but knew my husband and son would want to use it too. They have been using this so much that I might need to buy myself the pink one afterall so they won't keep stealing it! I am so happy I came across this. I bought the Throwbee to replace a Snuggie and this is so much better. You can actually wear this walking around the house, sitting on the couch or at your desk. There are no awkward sleeves that get in the way and the fact that it covers your back as well makes this the best thing ever. At night I use it as a blanket on the bed and in the morning I grab it and put it on, much better than a robe. I'm 5'6 and it fits much like on the lady in the picture with the length hitting just above my ankles. My 6'2 husband can also easily wear this but of course it doesn't cover him quite as much. It's a little long for my tall 7 year old but he loves to wear it when sitting on the couch or playing with his toys, but it drags on the ground when he walks around. Wish these came in a shorter kids version too, I would definitely buy it. I want to gift these to all my friends and family, I know everyone would adore these.

I LOVE my throwbee! It's so soft and comfortable and I wear it around the house all the time to keep warm. And being a stay at home mom that's a lot! One of the best parts is, if I'm snuggled up on the couch and have to get to do something I don't have to lose all my warmth or drag around a blanket or struggle with an akawardly long snuggy. I'm 5'2" and the length of the throwbee works great. Only issue I had was the label was itchy, so I removed it. I wish there were little kid sized ones too, my 8 year old keeps trying to steal mine lol.Edit: Use caution when wearing this around the kitchen. My throwbee came in contact with a hot pan from the oven. The fabric melted where it touched. I trim off the as much of the melted bits of fabric as I could, its a little scratchy still in some spots but still useable. But dont be like me, take the thing off when cooking.

I am extremely happy with this purchase and I haven’t even given them out yet!!! It is three days before Christmas and I bought “Seven” of these for special women in my life as a “Girls” gift to them all. I few days after I ordered them I received and email telling me that for each THROWBEE I bought a shelter dog gets a free blanket. If that’s not awesome I don’t know what is. I bought one of each color and the girls will get them on Christmas morning. They are absolutely beautiful and soft and I will do a follow up when they are opened. So far the THROWBEE seems to be a great gift at a great price with a great message included for shelter dogs. I’m very pleased and will be buying more in the future.

Purchased as a birthday gift for VERY cold natured office-mate. She kept talking about a Snuggie which when I first searched seemed to be in very short supply. We share an office in a hospital and it is not unusual for either Administration or MD's to drop by our office unannounced, so she needed something which would look sufficiently professional. Upon doing research of reviews for Snuggies I concluded the reason why they seemed to stop production is the poor quality of the product. So in my quest to find something to give her to keep her teeth from chattering incessantly (yes, this purchase was as much for me as it was for her ;-) ) I came across the Throwbee. I don't recall reading reviews, but it looked to be a soft & fluffy fleece throw blanket with a hole in the middle to be used as a poncho. I took a chance. She LOVES it!!! With it on she is FINALLY sufficiently warm and gleefully shares with anyone who comes into our office. Her birthday happens to be Christmas Eve and she ultimately received a Snuggie for Christmas from her family which she states is MUCH thinner and the seams are already beginning to unravel. She loves the softness & warmth as well as understated dark gray Throwbee I gave her as it is the perfect compromise for keeping her warm and being aesthetically acceptable in a professional environment.

I love sitting on the couch in the evenings or on weekends snuggled up in a nice comfy blanket. This throwbee is PERFECT!! Even though it does not go completely to my feet when I have it on as a throwbee as opposed to a blanket, I am fine with that as I always have thick socks on, or slippers. It is lightweight and oh so soft! Perfect for walking around with it on too. It does not limit me when I need to do to things around the house. The front pocket is positioned a little too low for my liking, but my other blankets don't even have a pocket, so I'm not complaining! I would definitely buy again and will buy additional ones to give as gifts.

The concept seems great, and the material is quite soft. The last 3-5 inches of stitching had been completely pulled out from the end of one corner on the item I received. Of course Amazon is replacing it at no cost to me but, while my original item took 3 days to arrive, the replacement is coming in another 6-8 days. I'm really getting tired of the god-awful craftsmanship of the items (knock offs?) sold on Amazon. Do better.
