My Cuisinart Food Processor Family Cookbook: 101 Astoundingly Delicious Recipes With How To Instructions! (Cuisinart Food Processor Recipes Book 1) Kindle Edition

The book has serious typographical problems. The recipes leave you guessing as to what the writer really means. I find myself researching similar recipes to help see a recipe through to completion. Case in point: cheesecake ingredients include butter, directions do not. Another example: buttermilk biscuits directions say to press the dough to 1/2 inch, then fold the dough 5 times and press it into 1 inch dough in order to cut out 10-12 biscuits. That is not possible. The dough, when pressed into 1 inch measurement, does not have enough area to make 10 biscuits, using a round biscuit cutter (2.5 inch). Using every bit of dough, there were 7 biscuits, and they had to be baked 50% longer than the stated 10-12 minutes. I do not recommend this book except for those who like to solve recipe puzzles.

I was disappointed in this book. While the cover is attractive, the inside of the cookbook is low-quality paper with a limited number of black and white images, none of which are inspiring or particularly instructive. The "look inside" images on the Amazon site are far higher resolution than what is in actual paperback. I definitely would suggest that if you are interested in the topic of Food Processor cooking that you spend the extra $5 and purchase Food Processor Perfection by the Test Kitchen. It is an absolutely beautiful written and published cookbook. I bought them both at the same time and there is no comparison.

Book is in black and white and hardly gives any hints to my food processor and my refund was only 2.85 out of 13.00. Very disappointing and I felt cheated

The book arrived an hour ago. It is sticky like it's been sitting on a bookshelf in a greasy kitchen for years. The pages are yellowed and the print is faded. Numerous typos and/or grammatical errors make me not trust the recipes and I haven't even looked at them yet! The author's opinions on nutrition are presented as facts. I don't even want this in my house. It's going out on my front porch to wait for UPS to pick it up for return.

Very disappointed. This book is all black and white text on cheap paper. If you are expecting inspirational photos of wonderful food, the book will be a massive disappointment. See other reviews regarding the quality of the writing and the value as a guide to your new food processor, I agree with them. (they are not good, read the 1 star reviews.) And then, if you want to return it, the return cost is at least $6.00. This one goes in the trash, should not have ordered online, should have supported our local bookstore, would never have bought it if it was on the bookstores shelf and I flipped through it. Sorry. But I'm kind of angry. The cover implies it is an important book that may be endorsed by Cuisinart. It isn't. Very disappointed. I feel cheated.

It was not quite what I was looking for. It has many "fancy" recipes in it. I was looking for something more basic. I found same on the Cuisinart web sit.

Nothing special and not at all informative about creative ways to use the Cuisinart. I don't recommend it..

Just received this last week almost two weeks after order. It is nothing like we thought it would be. Have several small Cuisinart appliances and thought this book would be a nice addition to the small food processor I just bought for my daughter. Want to return it. Please send me a return label!!!
