So before I said that "I love this telescope. It's perfect for getting those long distance photos. I love that it's light weight and mostly easy to use. Set up can be a bit tricky, it just takes time to get use to it. I'm so excited to finally be able to see wild life off in the distance!" But then it fell six inches and broke. But the company sent me a replacement one without any trouble. A week later, the eye piece snapped off of the replacement scope when trying to adjust the phone holder.... So I returned it. The company issued a full refund with no questions asked. So for customer service, they get 5 stars. For quality, they get 1 star.

This monocular telescope far EXCEEDED my expectations. Monocular itself is very easy to use with or without phone and adjusting wheels can be adjusted with one hand (with a little practice :D). I thought I will have problems with the phone adapter, because I have an iPhone 8 plus and it's quite big, but I didn't have problems at all, so this was a really nice surprise, and I was wondering how will I take pictures with monocular, because I have a dual lens on my phone (of course one is for taking pictures and one lens is for zooming), but I thought pictures won't be so clear because of that, but I really took some mindblowing photos and surprisingly clear as well, considering that I zoomed max on my phone.I love the whole set actually, I like that all the things in it can be also used separately. The tripod is very compact and stable and the phone adapter is compatible with it so it is easy to take selfies with Bluetooth remote control (which is easy to connect with the phone). And If your taking zoomed pictures with monocular, you will want to use that tripod because without it, the pictures will be shakey (and this is normal because of the max zoom), and the Bluetooth remoter comes handy here too. I am happy with this purchase and I would really recommend! It is absolutely worth the money considering all the things you get in the set.

Easy to use, out of the box it works well. I use this for a variety of uses and it will be in my daily carry backpack for use whenever needed.I love the value for the price and the quality is definitely there, even over a short period, I feel confident in this product.

The telescope is perfect including night scope but the add on attaching the phone to the scope that's a 2 star because it's so hard trying to hold everything and the phone isn't stable enough to keep still while I press the shoot button.

As an avid backpacker and hiker, I wanted a light weight and versatile set of binoculars to replace my dilapidated ones. After looking at different options I came across these monoculars instead. These have fit my needs perfectly. Compact enough not to be a hinderance but powerful enough to provide the crisp clean views expected. Protective covers are also a bonus. Only gripe, the stand provided isn’t very useful and the phone attachment is difficult to use.

I live on a lake and have a lot of wildlife in my backyard. It is nice to be able to get up close, without getting up close. I wish it would zoom in a little closer, but for the money this on is great.

Interesting product. You can get some cool images with it. The only thing that seems to be an issue is the claim of it being 12x50. This seems to be an exaggeration and an overstatement. I like it and I'm sure the more I use it, the more I'll appreciate this scope. Just wish the zoom matched the description.
